IV. Terms and Conditions

The Seller hereby sells and transfers, and the Buyer hereby purchases, the above-described vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Bill of Sale:

1. Purchase Price

The purchase price for the Vehicle is $68,000 (the "Purchase Price"), with a down payment of $15,000 and the remaining balance to be paid as stated in the Promissory Note below.

2. Promissory Note

The Buyer promises to pay to the order of the Seller the principal amount of $53,000 together with interest therein from the date hereof at the rate of 5.5% per annum, payable in 36 installments of $1,526.14 commencing on the 1st of October, 2063, and continuing thereafter on the same day of each and every month until the full amount is paid.

3. Delivery and Acceptance

The Vehicle shall be delivered by the Seller to the Buyer at the above-stated address of the Buyer on or before September 5, 2063. The Buyer accepts the Vehicle "as-is" without any warranties, except any warranties expressly set forth in this Bill of Sale.

4. Title and Registration

The Seller guarantees that they hold clear title to the Vehicle and that it is free of any liens and encumbrances. The Seller agrees to transfer title and registration to the Buyer upon the payment in full of the Purchase Price.

5. Governing Law

This Bill of Sale is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Bill of Sale shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of said state.
